Independent Mental Health / Case Advocates*New Deadline - 3rd May 2013 5.00pm*NCVS is seeking applications for two posts for Advocacy Centre North - one full-time (37 hours per week) for 12 months, and one part-time (33 hours per week) for 6 months. The post-holders will be responsible for developing and undertaking Independent Mental Health Advocacy and also Case Advocacy for people with mental health needs. Applicants must have previous experience of working in advocacy or working with people with mental health needs. Ideally applicants will have achieved level 3 Independent Advocacy Qualification (including IMHA module). Pay scale is NJC scale SO1 points 29 - 31 (currently £24,646 to £26,276) per annum - pro-rata for the part-time post. Applications must be received no later than 5.00pm Friday 3rd May 2013.
