All together better

Newcastle CVS wants to see a thriving, sustainable and independent voluntary and community sector that can make a real difference to people’s lives in Newcastle.

All together better is our drive to

  • develop a voluntary and community sector strategy for Newcastle setting out a collective vision for our future

  • develop a new strategic plan to make sure NCVS, with our infrastructure organisation partners, can meet the needs of Newcastle's voluntary and community sector

We are working with you, our members, users and partners, to develop this work.  Please keep in touch and tell us what you think about All together better.

This page gathers together all our work around All together better, starting with our stakeholder visioning conference in November 2009.

All together better too

We are holding a series of drop-in events in 2010 around Newcastle to follow up from last November's conference and to find out what you think of our strategies

  • Do they cover the things that matter most to you?

All together better visioning conference November 2009

In November 2009, we held a visioning conference designed to involve all of our stakeholders in ensuring that we provides relevant support, advice, liaison and advocacy to the voluntary and community sector.

The day was a great success and produced a wealth of information about your collective vision for Newcastle, what you think the priorities and challenges are, and what support you think you need from NCVS and our partners.

Reports

These reports pull together the day and tells you what will happen next.
