Regen Forum
The Regen Forum has a membership of nearly 300 voluntary groups covering the whole City geographically and with a comprehensive range of activity, purpose and size. The Forum meets quarterly, focusing attention on topical subjects in regeneration, and convenes occasional ad hoc meetings and events to respond to developing issues. The Forum is managed by its own elected Steering Group, which is also serviced by the project. The Steering Group meets regularly. Children and Young People Voluntary Sector Reference GroupThis Voluntary Sector Reference Group provides a way for voluntary organisations to consider and comment on policies and strategies developed to meet Every Child Matters outcomes. Membership is open to all voluntary organisations in Newcastle. The Group meets monthly on the second Tuesday of each month and is supported by the Regen Forum at NCVS.
