All meetings are held in Rooms 5/6, 5th Floor, MEA House, Ellison Place, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8XS.  Times: 10.00am - 12.30pm for voluntary sector members.  Tea and coffee is available from 9.40am.  Statutory members join at 11.00am.
