Produced by Newcastle Strategic Partnership, this strategy outlines measures which aim to reduce harm from alcohol for individuals, communities and families.

There are four associated Action Plans:

• Protecting the public from alcohol related ill health and anti-social behaviour through law and policy enforcement

• Prioritising addressing alcohol misuse through working in partnership

• Developing a preventative approach to alcohol misuse

• Developing alcohol treatment services
