Regular information service

NCVS regularly sends out information to its members, as well as individuals and others interested in, working with or promoting the voluntary sector in Newcastle upon Tyne.

We now send as much information by email as possible.  This is partly because it is the most economic way for us to deal with large circulations of material but also because it ensures that people receive the information quickly.  Where possible, we send information in printed format to those who do not have an email address.  The exception to this is the weekly NCVS e-inform bulletin, which is designed for electronic distribution only.

The schedule

NCVS inform - a quarterly newsletter posted out to NCVS members at the end of February, May, August and November.

Funding - a monthly newsletter distributed mainly by email.

NCVS e-inform - a weekly e-bulletin sent to all NCVS members and others who work with the voluntary sector in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Communicating with the voluntary sector

To enable voluntary and statutory sector organisations, as well as trainers and consultants and others working with the voluntary sector in Newcastle, to post their own material to NCVS members, NCVS can supply a set of printed mailing labels.  There is a charge of £25 for this service.

We only provide labels to private sector organisations if they fit within the above criteria.

To purchase a set of labels please speak to Judith Temple or Jaz Nagra by phone on 0191 232 7445.

In line with our Data Protection policy, NCVS will not provide the email addresses of its members to any organisation for any reason.
