To get on to the new Register organisations must pass the SFA’s Due Diligence Assurance Gateway, the deadline for making an application is 17 February. Organisations with current contracts or previously registered with ACTOR will have to apply be on the new register, they will not be automatically transferred over. Sub-contractors of SFA providers holding sub-contracts with an aggregate value of £0.5m or more will also have to register.

Organisations without an existing funding agreement with the SFA but wanting to register as provider will have to submit financial statements by 10 February.
