Making equality and diversity work in your organisation

Creating a work place where everyone feels that they will be treated fairly, with dignity and respect is important for any organisation, but even more so for ones with volunteers.  This course will look at the process for creating a culture which will recognise differences and value them as strengths.

This course led by Justine King from BECON explores issues around equality and diversity in volunteering and the workplace including understanding equality and diversity; understanding culture, race and ethnicity; appreciation of diversity and implementing it; and, examples of good practice.

Cost: NCVS full members £15; non-members £25; statutory organisations £60 per session.

Prices are per place (including lunch) and places cannot be reserved without payment.
