ICT communications and web 2.0 technologies
What is web 2.0 and how can it help you? This training
session introduces key areas of web 2.0 technologies such as social media and
show how they could be useful to the voluntary and community sector for getting
the message out, fundraising and communicating. It covers:

social media - Facebook, My Space, Ning, Twitter

presentation and information - Flickr, slideshare, Youtube,
oovo, RSS

interactivity - blogs, wikis
-
communications and collaboration - Skype, Doodle, Google docs,
mass emailers
Cost: NCVS full members £20 per session; non-members £30
per session; statutory organisations
£80 per session.
Prices are per place and places cannot be
reserved without payment.
