This training session will help you move towards better management of your ICT systems by making you aware of what you must do and what you should do.  It will be discussion, Q&A and tutorial based with plenty of practical hints, tips and links to online resources.  Issues to be raised in the session are:

• ICT and health and safety

• data protection and copyright

• licensing and compliance

• website accessibility and the Disability Discrimination Act

• best practise in ICT

Cost: NCVS full members £20 per session; non-members £30 per session; statutory organisations £80 per session.

Prices are per place and places cannot be reserved without payment.
