ICT strategy and planning

The basis of our approach to ICT planning is knowing what you want the ICT to do for you and not changing what you do to fit the ICT.  This training session will help you to examine your ICT, where you want it to go and how you might be able to get there.  It covers:

• the technology trap

• mission and objectives - what do we actually do and what do we want to do

• ICT strategy tool

• ICT solutions

• budgeting and planning - costs, funding, risks and buy in

Cost: NCVS full members £20 per session; non-members £30 per session; statutory organisations £80 per session.
