Quality control - is it right for you?

Quality assurance is becoming an accepted part of voluntary and community sector life, but what does it mean, why does it matter so much and how can you choose the right quality assurance system for your organisation?

This half day course delivered by Pam Jobbins from NCVS gives an introduction to quality assurance, outlines its role in the voluntary and community sector and gives an overview of the main quality assurance systems.

Cost: NCVS full members £15 per session; non-members £25 per session; statutory organisations £60 per session.

Prices are per place and places cannot be reserved without payment.
